Good morning! Today is Day 8 of the Redeemed Challenge! In today’s chapter of the book, we receive the reminder that Jesus is our strength! Today’s Bible verse might be familiar to you. It is a favorite among many Christians. And reading it again and again never gets old. I hope it gives you renewed strength today. We don’t have to do it all on our own. We have Him by our side!

Everybody is given differnt mountains to climb in their lives. But God never leaves our sides and He holds our hands. Nothing is impossible. And when we reach the top, just maybe, we can help someone reach the top of theirs and witness all the way up with them, too. We have to remember to thank Him for the trial, for hope and strength to get us thru it and for the victory at the end!!

Beautifully and perfectly said! No matter what we are facing, God is by our sides, every step of the way! And I love the way you also mentioned helping others with their mountains too. Sometimes we get tunnel vision and can only see our own obstacles. But we are called to be there for one another as well. All with the LOVE of Jesus 💚

I can’t remember a time I didn’t know this. The challenge has always been translating it from my head to my heart, transforming it from simple knowing to powerful doing. I realized now that I’ve been so focused on my shortcomings, weaknesses, sins, that I’ve failed to see and praise God for what He’s done in my life. I need to turn my attention outward, away from my imperfections, toward God’s amazing grace and glory.

I think you hit the nail on the head! I would venture to say that this is a problem for many of us! And once again, I would bet the enemy is part of the problem. He knows when we focus on ourselves, we are not as powerful. Thank You, God, for not giving up on us and for empowering us! 💜
