The Redeemed Challenge – Day 24

Good morning! Today is Day 24 of the Redeemed Challenge! In today’s chapter of the book, we learn that we have the mind of Christ. The next time you are tempted to berate yourself for not thinking clearly, remind yourself of this truth. In my home, we have numerous Bible verses on our bathroom mirror, and this is one of them. My husband and I will sometimes make negative comments about having a bad memory, so this reminds us that we have the mind of Christ. The next time you are tempted to say that you make poor decisions, you aren’t smart, or you have a bad memory – remember you have the mind of Christ.

    • Yes! It’s amazing to me that God thought of every little thing when He set out to save us! He even thought about giving us the mind of Christ! On days when we are tempted to doubt ourselves, this is a great reminder that we can call on the Holy Spirit to help direct us!
Thank you!!! I am so glad you’re enjoying the messages! And I am honored to have you here! 💜

  1. I often feel my mind is weakening. Nothing drastic but I’m past my prime so as to speak. This challenge gave me hope, joy and reassurance!!! Yes!!!

    • Sometimes we allow our own worries, or what we see around us, to define our limits. But remember that Moses was still healthy and sharp at the age of 120. So yes there is always hope! 💜

  2. Love today’s devotional! I always hear people saying “I’m not smart enough” or plain “I’m dumb” and that’s not true. It’s very encouraging to know we have the mind of Christ.

    • Yes! Many people do tend to put themselves down in this area! And many times this is the enemy getting in our heads. We have to take a stand against him and speak truth. 💜

  3. Because I have chosen a partnership with Jesus, with Him as the CEO, so to speak, I have a responsibility to ensure I’m choosing His way and not my way. He’s provided a way to learn His way, prayer and scripture. I don’t avail myself of those tools nearly enough.

    • I know exactly what you mean! God is so good and will even help our memory if we ask Him. It’s so awesome to think that He cares that much for us and cares about everything in our lives! 💜
