Every day is a gift!
Pray: Dear Heavenly Father, today we thank You for the gift of life. We thank You that we each woke up this morning. And we each woke up in comfortable beds, with a roof over our heads. There are so many people who might not wake up this morning. And there are countless others who woke up on a city street or in a hospital bed. We also have many Christian siblings waking up in fear because of the circumstances they are living in. Lord, we pray for the families of those who did not wake today. And we pray for all those people who woke up in difficult situations this morning. And we thank You, Lord, for the favor that we woke with today. And for those of us living in free countries, we are grateful for that as well. We are thankful for our freedom. And we are thankful for those who made our freedom possible. We pray for all the troops, polices officers, firefighters, and first responders in each our countries and communities. They have tough jobs every day, protecting others. We are so thankful for these people who give selflessly to ensure our freedom and protection. Help us to not take this for granted. Help us to remember that every day truly is a gift from You. God, we have so much to be thankful for, including the fact that we have a new day on this earth. We remember that we have Your joy in our hearts this morning. We remember that You walk beside us every day, giving us hope. And we remember that there is always good news with Jesus by our sides. We are still alive and still breathing, so we praise You, Lord! In Jesus’ beautiful name we pray, Amen.
Practice Gratitude: What are you thankful for? I am thankful that I woke up, that I have my health, and that I am alive and breathing.
Praise. Here is today’s song! Enjoy! Alive & Breathing by Matt Maher, featuring Elle Limebear

~~ Today is Veteran’s Day in the United States. So I wanted to say thank you to our veterans, including my father who served in the United States Army. Those of us who live in freedom do so because of others who made our freedom possible. ~~

Love today’s song ❤️. I praise the Lord for waking up today!! As this virus rages, many will not wake up today. It’s a sobering thought. I’m also grateful for those that have served this nation so that WE ALL enjoy freedom 🥰

I’m grateful for those willing to fight and die for liberty, for washers and dryers, for good entertainment.

What a beautiful prayer for those who are out there risking their lives to save others. My cousin is a firefighter and I’m sure he’ll be busy today since many rivers and the lake are flooding near us right now.

I will be sure to say a prayer for your cousin! That is definitely an honorable job! But I know you and your family probably worry about him too!
