Do You Talk To Yourself?

Whether you know it or not, you do talk to yourself. It might not be out loud and it might not be consciously. But we all have beliefs tucked deep inside ourselves about who we are. Unfortunately, if those beliefs and thoughts are negative, they can hold us back from experiencing our true potential.

Jesus came to this earth to set us free. Free from sin, free from bondage, free from the chains of our past, free from self-deprecating thoughts, and free from an array of many other things that hold us back in life.

So many people today are just going through the motions of life. We tend to fight or hide when a storm comes our way, instead of standing strong and peaceful like a well-rooted tree. We allow other people’s opinions and the world’s perceptions to define us.

It is time for a change. It is time to finally tap into your true identity in Jesus. It is time to for you to finally accept God’s love. It is time to become the strong person you were created to be!

Coming soon, my new book, You Are Redeemed, will address all of these concerns. If you are a new Christian, a seasoned Christian, or if you have not taken that step yet – I believe you will be able to get some valuable insight out of this book. I am so excited about this book. I wrote it as much for myself as for you. I am ready to be set free. Are you?

  1. You are correct that we harm ourselves by what we think about. We were made by God and should not put ourself down even in silence. God knows even when we don’t speak it outloud. I am working on it and trying to get my thoughts off myself and more on God.

    • Yes! I think turning our thoughts to Him, like you said, is a big key! I have a hard time with this as well. I am always putting myself down. But I am working on it. Thanks for sharing, Sandra! ❤️
