Gratitude Challenge Day 15

Have you been practicing gratitude each day this month? If there were days when you forgot, did you notice that life in general seemed off balance? And on the days when you did practice gratitude, did you feel more at peace? Anything worth doing takes a little bit of work, whether it is improving your health, eating better, starting an exercise routine, learning something new, or starting a habit of gratitude. But when we are consistent and continue to sow good seeds, the harvest will be well worth the effort.
