Gratitude Challenge 2023 – Day 27
Do not be far from me, for trouble is near and there is no one to help. … But you, Lord, do not be far from me. You are my strength; come quickly to help me. – Psalm 22:11, 19
God, we are so thankful to know that You are always near. Even if we cannot physically see You, we know it’s true. We walk by faith, not by sight. No matter what we are facing, we are not alone. You are never far from us. Your presence surrounds us. We are grateful for Your faithfulness. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
I’m thankful that God is always near. I’m thankful for the inspiring message in yesterday’s church service. And I am thankful for a new week with a fresh perspective.

Great is His faithfulness! God is great and God is good. I am thankful to have gotten to work safely this morning. I saw a couple of accidents on my way in. Have a blessed and safe day, Bridget.

I too am grateful that he is always near.
Had a bush fire quite close to home. The weather now has turned suddenly cooler and we even had a bit of rain-the fire is now contained. I am so thankful. And also very thankful to the firemen, every volunteer who helped in various capacities including restaurants who brought in food to keep all the volunteers fed. And I pray for the people who were affected by it.

I am grateful God is aware of even “stupid” little things. I’ve wanted more plants around my cottage but knew they needed to be synthetic. I’m not great at keeping plants alive. A neighbor posted they were giving away a couple plants. I claimed them and added them to my outdoors decor. Green and beautiful, and I can’t kill them. Not to mention affordable. 🙂
