One thing I had to work on while learning to live with gratitude, was my own negative thoughts about myself. I was my own worst critic. This type of behavior can be very debilitating. So I knew I had to change my thoughts if I ever wanted to move forward. Do you participate in a lot of negative self-talk? Are you willing to change it today?
