Gratitude Challenge 2023 – Day 11

Photo taken August 30, 2023

And the words of the Lord are flawless, like silver purified in a crucible, like gold refined seven times. – Psalm 12:6

God, we are thankful for Your Holy Word. It is the source of wisdom and guidance that we can trust. We are thankful that Scripture is always true and never fails. You have given us so much. You even gave us a Book to read daily, in order to help us grow closer to You, to help us learn about You, to help us find answers, and to help us in our daily lives. What a gift we have in the Bible. Thank you! In Jesus’s name we pray, Amen.

I am thankful for the priceless gift we have in the Bible. Today is Veterans Day in the United States. I’m thankful for the freedom we have. I’m thankful for all the veterans who served so that others could live in freedom. And I’m thankful for my father who served in the United States Army.

What are you thankful for today?

  2. I’m thankful too for God’s Holy Word. A lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. It provides the instruction and encouragement we need to successfully live this life. I’m also thankful for the time I spent in the US Army. I’m thankful I had that experience. Have a nice weekend!
