Every day is a gift!

But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation. I will sing the Lord’s praise, for he has been good to me. -Psalm 13:5-6
Lord, what a gift we have in You! Your love is unfailing. You are so good to us every day. Help us to see the blessings, even in the midst of the storms. Help us to remember that You are always there, working on our behalf. Help us to keep in mind the work of Jesus and the cross. This alone is reason to rejoice. And each day You continue to care for us, love us, provide for us, and protect us. Nobody loves us like You do! We are so grateful! We love You! In Jesus’s name we pray, Amen.
I‘m grateful for the price Jesus paid on the cross to gain our salvation. I’m grateful for the Lord’s love and goodness. I have two different family members who each had a flat tire recently. I’m grateful they were able to get things taken care of so they could get home safely.
As some of you might have figured out – last night I was working on Day 15 of the gratitude challenge and accidentally published a partial post. My apologies! However, I can still find blessings in this blunder. For one thing, making a mistake helps us to be more understanding when others trip up. And while we are extending grace to others, we learn we need to extend grace to ourselves. And I’m grateful for the beauty in human error, because it reaveals that AI has no part in this. 😂 As you see, there really is always something to be grateful for!
What are you grateful for today?
I love what you shared about the accidental partial post. We all make mistakes and it is a good reminder to extend grace to others.
I am thankful for church and my pastors.
For the joy of making sharing a meal with family.
💙💐

Thank you, Manu! And I think when it comes to mistakes, we are often harder on ourselves than others. Either way, it’s good to keep things in perspective and remember that it’s not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. I agree with your sentiments on your church and pastors. What a gift. And I really love what you said about sharing a meal with family. Sometimes the simplest things are the biggest blessings. It does us good to remember that. ♥️

I’m grateful today that God promises to never leave or forsake us. He doesn’t give up or walk away, even when we do. I’m grateful His amazing grace and love is always the same!

God’s unfailing love keeps me from day to day and I am thankful. You’re right, our own mistakes help us to be more humble, even toward others. It also reminds us we need Jesus, even for our daily task we are accustomed to doing. I am thankful I can ask for His help with little every day things. He gives me insight and strength.

What a blessing to be able to turn to God for everything. Sometimes I forget and I try to do things in my own strength. But He doesn’t give up on us when we forget these things. He patiently waits for us. I’m so thankful for the Lord and His goodness 🙌

This is beautiful. I like that you pointed out we should make the time to worship, not just when we feel like it. Feelings are deceiving, but our God is constant! 🙌

Unfortunately In our culture pride keeps many people from admitting they made a mistake or that they don’t know something. I don’t want to be like that. No one is perfect and it’s not the end of the world. Anyway, thank you, Judy, because your comment made me feel better… And what a beautiful blessing to have loving, generous friends! 🤍
