Every day is a gift!
Good morning! Today is Day 19 of the Redeemed Challenge! In today’s chapter of the book, we read a powerful truth, that we are Christ’s ambassador. We represent Jesus wherever we go. How amazing that we hold this position of influence? As Christians, we really do have a lot more power than we realize. We have the opportunity to positively influence everyone we encounter. Instead of letting the world bring us down, let’s start making an impact on those around us.

Like a boat in the ocean, you can start a wave – love that.

Yes! We have more power than we sometimes realize! We can spread the love of Jesus, wave after wave! 🚢

I thought of my desire to be a blessing. Today’s chapter helped me realize Who my desire reflected. It feels like a greater responsibility. It also feels more imperative. It’s gone from me wanting to feel useful instead of useless to being called to share the love of Jesus though what I do and say.

I heard someone say recently that we are in a grace period, but that grace period will end. They went on to say that when we look at it from that perspective, we have a sense of urgency to spread the love of Jesus. I hope and pray that we can spread the love of Jesus with our words and actions! ✝️💜

What an awesome responsibility we have been given in walking the walk and talking the talk. But it is up to us as Christians to show God’s love by doing our best to do just that each and every day.

Love is the key! And being ourselves, being true, being real. Some people think they have to be perfect. But in my opinion, a genuine person speaks much louder than a perfect person. And thank God, He helps us along the way! We never have to do it alone! 💜

This chapter reminded me of our Connect Group leader at church. She always says that she works so hard at being Christ-like that when people meet her she wants them to walk away thinking she radiates Jesus. I love that! I want people to see Jesus in me, too. 💕

Yes! I love that too. I listen to Dr. Charles Stanley’s sermons often. And I have heard him say a few times that as long as we are on this earth, God is going to be working on our character, to make us more like Jesus! 💜

For me this has been hard for certain people. I ask the Holy Spirit for Gods grace to flow through me to everyone I come in contact with.

You are on the right track by asking for the help of the Holy Spirit. It can be difficult to do this in our own power. We need the Holy Spirit’s power to work through us! He will help you with every step you take! You are never alone! 💜
