Every day is a gift!
Pray: Dear Lord, today we are thankful for the beauty of nature. You gave us such a beautiful earth, a majestic universe, amazing sunrises and sunsets, lovely rainbows, vast oceans, breathtaking mountains, and so much more. What a precious gift You gave us to enjoy. Every single day we see Your artwork. And every day the beauty around us looks a little different than the day before. Being outdoors and taking in all that You created helps us to feel closer to You and it makes us want to praise You. We are so thankful for this treasure You gave us. But it still does not compare to the beauty we will see in heaven one day. It takes our breath away to imagine how astonishing that will be. But for now, we give thanks for what we have here and now.
We also give thanks for Your Holy Word, the Bible. We are so very thankful that You have given us this book to show us who You are, and who we are through You. What an honor and a privilege it is to have this Holy Book at our fingertips. And one thing that we especially love about the Bible is that we can read about Jesus, His life, His death, and all that He did for us. Reading about Jesus shows us how we ought to live our lives. Jesus lived a life of love, light, and gratitude. Jesus always clung to You and spent time with You. Jesus always obeyed Your will. And we can do the same since we have the Holy Spirit living on the inside of us. Thank you, Lord, for these precious gifts You have given us. We do not want to take them for granted. We want to remember all the miraculous things You have done for us. When we spend time with You, we see that Your love never fails. We see that You work all things together for our good. And we see that nothing can separate us from Your love. We give thanks for all these things in Jesus’ name, Amen.
Practice Gratitude: What are you grateful for today? I am grateful for God’s artwork. I am grateful for the Bible, so we can read of God’s great love. I am grateful that we can read about Jesus and learn to live as He did. And I am grateful that God’s love never fails.
Praise. Here is today’s song! Enjoy! Your Love Never Fails by Jesus Culture
Please share in the comments if today’s reading spoke to you. Or you may add a prayer, your gratitude list, praise, etc.

There is nothing more breath taking than God’s daily art work whether it be clouds or a green field sprinkled with wild colorful flowers. Today I will look at His wondrous creations with new eyes of gratitude for only God can create such beauty. Thank you Heavenly Father for the gift of sight and for all You give us to see if only we will look. Amen. My eyes are wide open with gratitude. Thank you, Bridget!! Love you!

I am thankful for His word too. I can pick it up and it helps me feel close to God, learn about Him, understand how I should live and so much more.

I’m definitely grateful for God’s artwork, too! I’m also grateful to have my parents close by now so I can help my mom prepare Thanksgiving dinner and that my sister and her family will finally be able to join us for dinner this year.

I’m grateful for fresh pineapple that helps with my allergy cough and digestion, coconut water that helps aching knees, and lavender/chamomile tea that soothes and relaxes.

What a wonderful gift God gave us with natural remedies. I did not know that about pineapple. I do remember you mentioning the coconut water though. And the tea sounds pleasant! Thanks for sharing, Judy! 🍍🥥☕️
