Gratitude Challenge Day 4

Pray: Dear Father, today we come to You with peace in our hearts, because we know that You are in control. Any worries that are weighing on our minds, we hand them over to You. We trust You, God. We believe that when we put our concerns in Your hands, You will work everything out for the best. You always know what is best because You can see the whole picture. Our human eyes are limited, so we turn to You wholeheartedly. You always have our best interest in mind. Knowing this allows us to say with confidence, β€œit is well with our souls.” We thank You and we praise You! Without You, we have nothing and we are nothing. You alone are our portion. You are God of all wisdom and truth. We walk with peace that surpasses understanding, Lord, because we have placed our hearts in Your hands. Thank You, Father. We are so thankful that we can come to You in prayer, today and everyday. You are our rock, our fortress, our deliverer, and our shield. In Jesus’ holy name, Amen.

Practice Gratitude: What are three things which you are grateful for? Today I am grateful for the power of prayer, I am grateful for the precious gift of forgiveness, and I am grateful to know that God always has our best interests in mind.

Praise. Here is today’s song! Enjoy! It Is Well With My Soul performed by Nicole C. Mullen

Please share in the comments if today’s reading spoke to you. Or you may add a prayer, your gratitude list, praise, etc.

  1. A beautiful prayer today too πŸ™πŸ½. We have assurance knowing that He is in sovereign control. May we hand all our doubts, uncertainties and fear to Him knowing that He works out all things for our good.

I am thankful for His peace that passes all understand. For the time and love He takes to continue to grow and refine me and for my church.
I just love that song Bridget. Such a beautiful one.
